Iberian pork has a delicate nutty, melt-in-your-mouth flavour that produces tender, fatty meat great for BBQ. The rib fingers refer to the cuts of meat between the ribs of the pig and are richly flavoured, tender and moist when cooked.
Black pork belly is highly prized in Korean BBQ, as the black pork has a richer taste and is higher in fat content. When cooked on the grill, the pork belly remains crispy on the outside and gives way to juicy and bouncy meat when you bite into it.
